Terms of Use

Storeyvale for iOS · Effective 23 October 2026

  1. Agreeing to these terms

By downloading or playing Storeyvale you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

  2. Your licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Storeyvale on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply.

  3. Shingles, tools and house styles

Shingles are earned only by building in the game. They, and the tools, skies and house styles they unlock, have no value outside the game. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game, and they are lost if progress is cleared or the app is deleted. The game offers no purchases of any kind.

  4. Fair play

Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app, or tamper with its saved files to alter progress.

  5. Who owns what

The game, including its puzzles, artwork, characters, sound effects and code, belongs to its developer. Your licence does not transfer any ownership.

  6. No warranty

Storeyvale is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, the developer gives no warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

  7. Players of all ages

The game is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. It has no accounts, chat, user content or advertising.

  8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to play means you accept it.

  9. Questions

Storeyvale is built by Clarence King; any question about these terms can be sent to post@lastjunction.xyz.
